Salary: GBP23,000 : GBP27,000 per annum + GBP1,000 Welcome Bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week : Term Time Only

Your Role
Support learning activities and curriculum delivery.
Assist pupils with varying educational needs.
Monitor behaviour and provide structured feedback.
Adapt support strategies to meet individual needs.
Encourage high expectations and independence.
Essential Criteria
Experience working with children.
Patient, adaptable and team:oriented.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
