* Handle complex casework with confidence and professionalism, guiding staff through intricate cases with a focus on safeguarding and best outcomes for clients.
* Participate in the Duty Rota, acting as the senior practitioner based in the office, with minimal home working to ensure consistency and availability for urgent needs.
* Foster independence among residents, supporting them to achieve personal objectives and return to their previous level of autonomy.
