🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver memorable events from initial enquiry through to execution
* Orchestrate exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs and going the extra mile
* Liaise with guests, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery
* Support event setup, hosting, and breakdown when required
* Assist with creating bookings, managing event details, and upselling packages
* Exhibit hospitality essentials such as answering queries, supporting service, and assisting the team during events
* Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring every guest leaves happy
* Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
* Work closely with bar, kitchen, and hotel teams to deliver seamless experiences

* Strong ability to lead conversations and engage confidently with guests
* Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A natural team player with a proactive mindset
* Comfortable promoting food, drink, and event experiences
* Previous hospitality or events experience is an advantage (but not essential)
⏰ Working Hours
* Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
* Weekend work is required, but not every week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance
