Your core responsibility is to ensure our consumers enjoy their time with us in store, whether that’s helping them pick a new pair of shoes or helping them style an outfit.
Key Responsibilities
* Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
* Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
* Interacting with customers and educating them on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
* Maintaining store standards (front and back), including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health and safety procedures.
* Responsible for cash management and adherence to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards.
* Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
* Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
* Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles
* Excellent communication skills
* A positive and professional attitude
* Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere
