From the moment a potential acquisition is identified, you'll take the lead on the people strategy-conducting thorough HR due diligence to uncover risks, liabilities, and opportunities. You'll navigate the complexities of employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions, managing M&A and TUPE processes with precision and care.
