About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a Physical Disability and Learning Difficulty Support Assistant to join a vibrant specialist school in the Wisbech area to cover on a long-term basis. The full-time post is due to start in September 2026, with shortlisting currently taking place.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for students with physical disabilities and learning difficulties.
* Assisting with personal care, mobility, and communication needs in a respectful and dignified manner.
* Supporting students in accessing the curriculum and engaging in school life confidently and safely.
Pre-requisites:
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Health & Social Care, or equivalent).
* Proven experience supporting children or young people with physical disabilities and/or learning difficulties.
* Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and safeguarding procedures.
* Two education or school-based references.
