Become part of our team and play a key role in delivering excellence in Hard FM and Technical Facilities Services at our Fabulous Corporate Client site, in the heart of London.
About the Role:
* Inspecting and performing maintenance of Mechanical Building Services equipment such as heating boilers, pumps, compressed air systems, sanitary ware, fan coil and air handling units, BMS systems, and other equipment found in modern commercial/industrial premises.
* Monitor site performance of sub–contractors.
* Use of IT systems (Handheld device).
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and contractors to deliver high–quality service and ensure effective communication of engineering and building issues impacting service delivery.
* Ensure all maintenance work adheres to relevant health and safety regulations, including Sodexo's procedures and the latest legislation, to ensure a safe working environment.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum NVQ2 in plumbing or a mechanical related discipline.
* Experience in Mechanical building services and plant engineering with a good working knowledge of Plumbing.
* Experience of PPM, Reactive, and Installation Work.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
