What You'll Do
Define and execute the enterprise-wide digital strategy
Architect secure, scalable
cloud-native and AI-driven solutions
Build & scale
high-performing agile engineering teams
Lead
techno-commercial initiatives
(product roadmaps, RFPs, client engagements)
Drive
digital transformation
via automation, AI/ML, BI, and emerging tech
Ensure security, compliance, and global delivery excellence
What We're Looking For
* 10+ years in senior technology leadership (IT Services / Telecom / Software)
* Expertise in
cloud platforms, SaaS, DevOps, enterprise architecture
* Proven success leading
multi-million £ programs
across geographies
* Strong commercial acumen and
growth-focused mindset
* Experience with
AI/ML, BI dashboards, APIs, automation tools
* Background in
Telecom or IT Infrastructure services
highly desirable
