Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring vital records are accurate? Join our Registration Service team at Lancashire County Council as a Registration Officer!
Responsibilities
1. Register or conduct statutory ceremonies at our registration offices, external approved venues, or religious buildings within Lancashire County Council's boundary.

1. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on the customer.
2. Organised with good time management skills.
3. Strong digital skills for record keeping.
4. Confident communicator capable of handling a wide range of customers, maintaining professionalism within a legal framework. Full training will be provided.
Contract Details
These are annualised contracts with flexible hours depending on demand. Work patterns are scheduled in advance, and you will need to provide your availability two months ahead.
