Business Account Executive - 12 month FTC
This role is a 12-month FTC in the FMCG sector with a hybrid arrangement requiring 2 days at the head office per week.
Your Impact
You will be instrumental in the smooth running of key accounts, working closely with Sector Controllers and cross-functional teams.
* Commercial Management: Own the product portfolio administration, including maintaining accurate pricing, submitting new product forms, and coordinating promotional activity from end-to-end.
* Forecasting & Supply Chain: Take ownership of crucial forecasting and demand planning support, quickly developing an end-to-end understanding of the supply chain to ensure high customer service.
* Relationship Building: Act as a key point of contact, building strong, long-term relationships with customers, retailers, and internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical).
* Growth Driver: Actively support the Account Controllers in uncovering new business opportunities and driving profitable growth.
What You Bring to the Table
While an interest in the Food and Beverage sector is a plus, your strong commercial foundations are essential.
* Analytical Power: Excellent commercial awareness and strong analytical skills.
* Operational Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional planning/organisational skills.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
* Tech Savvy: Expert in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP and retailer portals is highly desirable.
* Self-Sufficient: A proactive team player who can manage projects autonomously in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
