What You’ll Be Doing
* Set the strategy – Shape and deliver a national sales plan aligned to SMT GB’s 3-Year Growth Charter and Annual Operating Plan.
* Deliver performance – Achieve ambitious revenue, margin, and market share targets across multiple channels.
* Lead with purpose – Build a winning culture, develop future leaders, and foster collaboration across Aftermarket, Key Accounts, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
* Champion customers – Drive customer lifetime value through solutions-led selling and exceptional experiences.
* Represent the brand – Be the voice of SMT GB with Volvo CE and across industry forums, enhancing visibility and unlocking new opportunities.
Requirements
* Proven senior sales leadership with regional or national responsibility.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth in heavy plant equipment or similar sectors.
* Expertise in business planning, OKRs, and performance governance.
* Inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate, influence, and deliver results at pace.
* A full UK driving licence.
