We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities
* Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
* Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
* Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
* Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
* Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly demeanour.
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities are an advantage.
* Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
