Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting the medical staff, and ensuring that patients receive the best possible service. This position requires a strong understanding of anatomy and a commitment to patient wellbeing.
Duties
* Conduct patient assessments and triage patients as necessary.
* Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
* Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and medication adherence.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
* Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the medical team.
* Provide support during health screenings and routine check-ups.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse qualification with valid nursing registration.
* Proven experience in patient care and clinical settings
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and understanding.
