Administrator - Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Office-based
Hours: 9am-2pm | Monday to Friday
Pay: £15 per hour

Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator looking for a part-time role in a supportive, close-knit office environment? We have a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with a long-established manufacturing and distribution business specialising in wiring harnesses and components for the automotive, industrial, marine, and EV sectors.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is confident with numbers, and wants to play a key role in supporting operations and sales functions.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Processing production paperwork
* General filing and administrative support
* Creating and managing sales orders
* Chasing supplier deliveries (mostly via email, with some phone follow-up)
* Tying up production delivery notes using SAP
* Answering a small number of incoming phone calls
✅ What We're Looking For:
* A strong administrative background
* Confidence working with numbers and units of measurement (e.g. converting feet to metres)
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable using spreadsheets (basic Excel required, advanced skills a bonus)
* Experience in customer service or sales support is advantageous
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
* Familiarity with SAP Business One is highly desirable but not essential
