Assistant Centre Manager- Well established Fast Fit Centre in Oldham
Basic Salary- Up to £34,000.00 dependent on experience.
OTE- Monthly bonus available.
Hours- Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30, Saturdays 08:30-16:00
(Half day off per week on a weekday or a full day off per fortnight)
23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. (Work Good Friday but receive day in lieu)
Our client is a well renowned and established Fast Fit Centre with over 50+ years in the industry. They are currently looking to add an Assistant Centre Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast fit centre either as an experienced technician looking for the next step or already be in a management role either at assistant or as a centre manager.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Centre Manager:
1. Maximising volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met
2. Co-ordinating and controlling the work of Autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required
3. Ensuring the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses
4. Maintaining company house-keeping standards.
5. Supporting the team in areas of need, when needed.
Requirements of the Successful Assistant Centre Manager:
6. Experience within a Fast Fit Centre, whether this be an experience technician looking to step up or being in a management role already.
7. A full UK driving license.
8. Qualifications in Vehicle Maintenance would be desirable.
9. Previous hands on, productive experience in a similar environment.
