The Role An established and growing financial services business is seeking an experienced Operations and Client Services Manager to oversee administrative functions and ensure the smooth running of daily operations, near Horsham. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing workflow, maintaining client service standards, and supporting advisers and paraplanners in delivering an exceptional client experience. The position reports directly to the Managing Director and offers the opportunity to help shape processes and standards within a professional and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operational and client service activity within the business. Oversee and allocate workflow for the administrative team. Support advisers and paraplanners with all aspects of client administration and documentation. Maintain and enhance internal processes, templates, and systems. Lead, train, and mentor administrators to ensure high levels of performance and consistency. Prepare client review packs, valuations, and reports. Communicate with clients and product providers via phone and email in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and FCA requirements. Assist with strategic and ad-hoc projects as required. About You You’ll be an experienced financial services administrator or operations professional who thrives in an organised, detail-driven role. Essential skills and experience: Proven background in financial services administration (ideally within an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning environment). Experience in implementing and improving operational processes. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Confident using financial back-office systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
