Job Description
The main duties of the role will include:
* Working in a close-knit team to provide efficient administrative support for internal teams.
* Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls from clients.
* Arranging appointments and meetings accordingly.
* Organising company information, including data entry.
* Managing onboarding documents for clients and maintaining relationships.
* Maintaining the CRM system.
* Sending out reports to highlight key areas of business growth.
* Managing presentations and documents.
* Liaising with clients, vendors, and other external parties, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
