* As an Agency and Commissions Assistant, you will provide professional, efficient, courteous, and accurate assistance to Brokers and Business Consultants regarding commission and agency queries
* The Agency and Commissions Assistant will effectively manage time and work within a team to meet our Service Level Agreement demands
* You will be Investigating, resolving and replying to email queries
* You shall be able to deal with difficult conversations which result in a positive solution
