What you’ll own
* PPC strategy across international markets
* End-to-end campaign management (Google, Microsoft + feeds)
* Budget planning, forecasting and ROI optimisation
* Performance analysis, testing and continuous improvement
* Alignment with wider marketing, product and commercial teams
* Scaling market share through smart, localised search strategies
What you bring
* Strong hands‑on PPC experience across large, multi‑market budgets
* Deep platform knowledge (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, feed-based campaigns)
* Solid SQL skills — comfortable working with data, not just dashboards
* Strong understanding of customer journey + intent
* Proven track record of driving growth, not just efficiency
Nice to have
* Exposure to hotel/meta platforms (Google Hotels, etc.)Additional European language (German a plus)
