You'll join a team of four planners, supporting and delegating tasks while driving efficiency and maintaining service excellence. This is a newly expanded contract, ideal for someone with strong leadership potential and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. The Role This is a varied and dynamic position where you'll act as the main point of contact between customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities Attend client and management meetings to report on workload progress. Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and contractors. Plan and coordinate the daily workload of engineering teams. Schedule and prioritise work to meet SLA and KPI targets. Collaborate with admin teams to manage parts orders and minimise downtime. Analyse weekly reports to reduce outstanding work orders and improve performance. Provide technical and coordination support to engineers and service desk staff. Liaise with client bureaus to resolve queries quickly and effectively. Handle calls, monitor shared inboxes, and manage general departmental administration. Demonstrate leadership and stakeholder management skills with readiness to progress.About You Experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional, resilient, and calm under pressure. A natural problem solver who enjoys improving processes and supporting others.Working Pattern 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm).
