Cover People are partnering with secondary schools seeking Behaviour Mentors and Attendance Officers to improve student engagement, attendance, and conduct. This role suits proactive individuals committed to positive behaviour support.
The Role Will Involve
* Supporting students with behaviour challenges
* Monitoring attendance and promoting punctuality
* Working with pastoral teams and teachers
* Developing interventions to improve engagement
* Liaising with parents and external agencies

* Experience working with children/young people in schools
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
* Ability to manage challenging behaviour positively
