Role Overview The Senior Technical Analyst's role is to maintain and assist in the development of the Bupa infrastructure to ensure the stable operation of the organisation's IT Systems and delivery of IT Services. What you'll do: The Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for the network infrastructure, core and Azure server/service infrastructure, server/data security, EUC, data communications and telecommunications systems alongside Bupa's outsourced IT Service Support for WAN network provision. The role will act as the escalation point for less experienced engineers and analysts and will identify and remedy root causes of Service downtime. The Senior Technical Analyst will assist and, in some cases, lead IT Management in Continual Service Improvement, automating or standardising Service outage responses and removing root causes of Service downtime. The Senior Technical Analyst is part of the Infrastructure Operations Team, who are primarily tasked with providing 3rd line BAU workstreams, supporting other IT teams, and assisting with the deployment of projects that have been initiated by the internal IT PMO and IT management. Maintain a strong Customer focus at all times.
