Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Proposals Manager on a 12-month rolling contract, based in Lincoln. Role Summary The Proposals Manager is going to report to the Sales & Execution Region Head, you will be responsible for all nominated proposal writing activities. Working closely with your colleagues within the Sales and Commercialisation teams you will be expected to provide technically accurate and commercially / financially compliant proposals to assist in the department meeting the company's Order Entry and Key Performance targets. Duties: ● External Contacts: End customers, sub-suppliers, third party companies working on behalf of the customer. Internal customers which include Regional Energy Entities, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, Contract Management, Compliance, Field Service, Customer Support Managers, Business Administration, Manufacturing & production ● Support in maintaining a process which allows in excess of 500 firm or budgetary proposals to be submitted to our customers within a 12-month period.
