Overview
Panoramic Associates are working with a well-regarded care provider who are seeking an experienced Interim Turnaround Support Manager to lead urgent improvements within a care home in the West Midlands. This critical role will focus on driving compliance, stabilising operations, and preparing the service for a successful CQC inspection.
Responsibilities
* Identify areas of concern, conduct a thorough audit, and develop targeted improvement plans
* Lead on CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance
* Support and coach the Registered Manager and team
* Engage with staff, residents, families, and external professionals
* Monitor progress and report regularly to senior stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven track record in turnaround roles within adult social care
* Deep understanding of CQC frameworks and regulatory expectations
* Strong leadership and change management skills
* Able to work autonomously and deliver results under pressure
