I'm seeking an experienced and values-driven Home Manager to lead a long-established, purpose-built care home in Wiltshire. The home provides person-centred residential, respite and dementia care in a welcoming home-from-home environment. The home is proudly rated Good across all five areas by the CQC and offers an excellent opportunity for a compassionate leader to join a respected not-for-profit charity where residents are at the heart of everything they do.
