As a valued member of the care family, you will play a part in delivering high-quality to the residents.
In this job you will:
1. Work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners
2. Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents, are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence
3. Assist in the nursing care of the resident’s physical environment and in the general day-day activities of the home
For this role you must have:
4. Proven experience of working in a care setting
5. Great team playing skills
6. 1+ Year NMC registration
7. Well-developed time management and leadership skills
8. The ability to work nights on a rota basis
