Base pay range
Salary £69,020 - £93,380 (OTE £98,600 - £133,400, 70/30 split, uncapped commission).
Role Overview
You will join the sales team, responsible for full‑cycle activities and signing small enterprises with 1,500+ employees in the tech and tech‑adjacent industry. You will work closely with the commercial team as a subject‑matter expert, build outbound pipeline, and contribute to the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
* Identify, approach, and own the full sales cycle in small enterprises in the tech industry in Europe.
* Leverage existing relationships with reward professionals and continue building a reward network to grow pipeline.
* Become a thought leader in the industry, sharing insights to shape Ravio’s product roadmap and inform commercial strategy.
* Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handover and ongoing success of new customers.
* Be naturally curious, self‑driven, and thrive in a startup environment.
Key Skills
* 7‑10+ years of sales experience in the B2B SaaS industry driving net new revenue in a full‑cycle sales role with an outbound focus.
* Knowledge of the HR tech / reward industry with a network of HR leaders or compensation experts (plus).
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, proven in a fast‑pacing environment.
* Exceptional EQ, superb communication skills, and ability to build trust with prospects.
* Proficiency with HubSpot and a typical sales tech stack (Sales Nav, Lusha/Cognism, or similar).

* Salary £69,020 - £93,380 (OTE £98,600 - £133,400, 70/30 split, uncapped commission)
