Job Title: Trading Assistant – Weymouth Store
Location: Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 5HJ
Pay: £13.23 per hour (plus £2.45 nightshift premium for hours worked between midnight and 5am)
Hours: 16 hours per week, Part time (Late shift 20:00-00:00 on Wed Thu Fri Sat)
Eligibility: Minimum age 18; must have Right to Work in UK.
Responsibilities
* Collect stock from warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15 kg) to replenish items across the store.
* Maintain clean, tidy, and well‑presented shelves.
* Serve customers during open hours, answer questions, and proactively offer help.
* Check dates on fresh produce and grocery items.
* Support other store areas and deliveries as required.
* Build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to make recommendations.
