Job overview
This position is for a Permanent Locality Administrator for Northamptonshire Division based at in the North of the county.
The post holder will report directly to the Divisional Administrator Co-ordinator and is responsible for the efficient and effective administrative support within the Division.
Main duties of the job
The key responsibilities will include:
* Management of the Administration inbox
* Supporting the local management with estates and facilities
* Audit completion and documentation
* Support to the local management and HR team
* Input and maintenance of databases
* Ambulance station site visits

The role involves working closely with the administration team, local management, HR, resourcing teams including the Vehicle Resourcing Centre, Logistics, and other departments to maintain high standards of support and administration, prioritising work according to divisional and organisational priorities.
Detailed job description and main responsibilities
This role provides administration support to the local management team, including organizing and attending local meetings. Candidates should have 5 GCSEs grade C or above in Maths and English and an NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent, or be willing to work towards it.
You should possess excellent keyboard and administrative skills, with a proven track record of completing projects, reports, and key tasks to a high standard. The ability to problem-solve, plan workloads, and communicate effectively is essential. Previous NHS experience is advantageous.
