Job Description:

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:
* £11.44 per hour

You will be based in Eastbourne but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You must have a full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for those who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to facilitate smooth working.
Job Role:
You need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.
Your responsibilities include:
* Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
* Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
* Setting up promotional activities
* Collaborating with the host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus.
* Sales or retail sales experience is preferred.
* Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with OS version Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later.
