Healthcare Partnership Manager – Southern Home Counties
We’re looking for a driven, strategically minded Healthcare Partnership Manager to drive sales growth across a high‑impact region covering the South East and South Central areas of England. You’ll work closely with NHS organisations across Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), Primary Care, and Community Services to shape partnerships, influence decision‑making, and embed Coloplast’s wound care value proposition. With regular travel across the region and close collaboration with clinical and commercial stakeholders, you’ll play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes while driving long‑term account growth.
The Role
In this role, you’ll take strategic ownership of your region, driving brand uptake by building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and delivering sustainable growth through Coloplast’s advanced wound care portfolio and service offerings. You’ll engage senior stakeholders across NHS organisations, including Directors, Medicines Optimisation teams, Senior Pharmacists, Procurement leaders, Tissue Viability Nurses, and wider clinical and operational teams. Working collaboratively with Territory Managers, you’ll ensure our products and services are positioned effectively, backed by market insights, robust business cases, and a deep understanding of the evolving NHS landscape.
Responsibilities
* Deliver revenue and account growth
* Analyse regional opportunities
* Lead key account plans
* Support business reviews
* Build influential relationships
* Maintain excellent CRM reporting
* Represent Coloplast at relevant meetings and events
* Identify Key Opinion Leaders and support advocacy development across the South East and South Central
Qualifications
* Strong ability to influence and build partnerships at senior NHS levels
* Credible with clinicians, skilled at navigating complex healthcare structures
* Translate insight into impactful, strategic proposals
* Work autonomously, adapt to a fast‑changing NHS environment, and demonstrate resilience in the face of challenge or change
* Strong understanding of primary and secondary care pathways and money flows within the NHS
* Experience developing business cases
* Desirable: prior experience in wound care (not essential)
