Were on the lookout for a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of key sponsorships across the DP World Tour, HotelPlanner Tour and the Ryder Cup.In this role youll be the go-to person for our partners, managing day-to-day relationships, bringing sponsorship activations to life and ensuring all contractual rights are delivered. Youll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Broadcast, Content, Digital, Media, and Championship Management to create and execute integrated partner programs that drive engagement and value. Plus, youll oversee on-site tournament activations, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.To succeed, youll need strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with a solid understanding of sports sponsorship and brand activation. Being highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, event-driven environment is a must.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the worlds leading brands in golf. The role may involve international travel and extended hours during key events.What Youll Do:* Manage sponsor accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual commitments.* Foster strong relationships with sponsors, agencies, and internal teams through proactive communication.* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key sponsor contacts, managing expectations and identifying opportunities to enhance partnerships.* Plan, project manage and deliver onsite activations for multiple tournament partners* Prioritise tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.* Prepare clear, accurate reports, presentations, and communications to update stakeholders and demonstrate partnership value.* Oversee sponsorship-related invoicing, budget tracking, and other financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.What Were Looking For:* 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship or account management, ideally from a rights holder, agency or brand background.* Preferably you will have experience within sports sponsorship, with a proven track record of managing multiple sponsorship activations and events.* Experience managing internal teams and external partners to deliver effective sponsorship programs.* First-hand experience working on-site at events or within a sponsorship-led business.* Familiarity with financial processes, invoicing, and reporting within a sponsorship or marketing function.* A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.* Adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The European Tour group promote diversity, equality, and inclusion.
