We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker - Hospital team with the Social Care industry in Enfield, you will be based within Barnet General Hospital. Responsibilities include: You will assess and review their care and support needs. You will provide information, advice and care to adults with care and support needs so that they have the maximum opportunity to regain their independence or become less dependent on other people or services. You will provide a high standard of social work arising out of the Council's legal duties and powers in accordance with divisional and area policy, procedures, guidelines and the Code of Practice for Social Care Workers. You will undertake the more complex assessments of care needs, risks and mental capacity for people who require professional input. You will carry out statutory and non-statutory safeguarding enquiries. You will determine Care Act eligibility thresholds The Team: Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.
