IP / Data Protection / Commercial Contracts Lawyer Location: Belfast Level: All levels considered (ideally 5yrs+) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer with a strong background in Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Commercial Contracts to join a highly regarded global law firms Belfast office. Our client is keen to appoint a talented and commercially minded lawyer who is looking to play a meaningful role in growing and shaping a developing practice while working on a wide range of high-quality, often cross-border matters. The Role You will advise a broad mix of domestic and international clients on matters including: Intellectual property strategy and protection Data protection and privacy compliance (including GDPR) Commercial contracts and technology agreements Strategic advisory work for businesses operating in highly regulated environments Cross-border matters working alongside colleagues across multiple jurisdictions The position offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers on matters that sit at the intersection of technology, data, and commercial law. The Ideal Candidate Our client is particularly interested in lawyers who: Have strong experience in IP, data protection, and commercial contracts Are ideally dual-qualified / tri-qualified (this is a 'nice to have' - not essential) Enjoy building client relationships and contributing to the growth of a practice Have strong commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset Are keen to take on responsibility and help shape a growing offering in Belfast Why Consider This Role?
