About the Role
As a Contract Officer I assist the Parking Operations Manager in ensuring the parking contract runs successfully. I monitor contract performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), manage parking challenges, representations and appeals, and deliver professional correspondence to customers.
Key responsibilities
* Monitor and report on contract performance and SLA compliance.
* Manage parking challenges, public representations and appeals.
* Provide professional correspondence to customers.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Ensure legal and financial compliance in contract delivery.
Qualifications and experience
* Strong operational and technical knowledge of parking contracts.
* Experience in contract delivery, performance monitoring and financial management.
* Knowledge of legislative requirements and contract obligations.
* Excellent customer relations and ability to handle public inquiries.
* Agile professional who can challenge processes and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
