Responsibilities
* Calibration/validation electronic instrumentation to maintain functionality and accuracy.
* Both Keysight and non-Keysight products are serviced. Work is performed at a customer location.
* Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment.
* Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.
* Understand customers’ requirements through face to face and written communication.
* Travel to customer sites >75% performing calibrations (On-site).
Qualifications
* Education and technical knowledge within sector and role
* Relevant experience in calibration of Test & Measurement equipment (focus on RF/MW)
* Certifications as an electronic/electrical technician
* IT knowledge (Windows, Office)
* Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
* Confident at answering customer questions
* Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and search proactively for solutions
* Ability to work independently and proactive attitude
* Ability to obtain UK security clearance
* Full clean driving licence
