Hours: Full-time – 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Hybrid – at least two days per week (40%) at the designated office.

About This Opportunity

You’ll lead engineering teams, design and develop backend components, work with cloud‑native technologies, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Inspire and guide engineering teams to design, build, test and deploy modular, cloud‑native applications and APIs.
* Champion cross‑functional collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Quality Engineers and executive stakeholders.
* Drive architectural decisions and technical governance for scalable, secure, maintainable solutions.
* Integrate seamlessly with internal systems and third‑party APIs.
* Shape engineering strategy and innovation, influencing future platform directions.
* Mentor and develop talent, cultivating an inclusive environment.
What You’ll Need

Leadership Experience
* Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams, shape technical strategy, and influence cross‑functional collaboration.
Backend Development
* Hands‑on experience with Java, designing and implementing RESTful APIs at scale.
* Experience with Spring Boot (Node.js beneficial).
DevOps & Cloud
* Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Harness.
* Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
* Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS or Azure.
Quality Testing & Automation
* Experience with automated testing tools like Jest, Cypress or Pact.
* Commitment to writing reliable, maintainable, well‑tested code.
