Join our fast-paced warehouse team at Quick as a Cold Chain Operative, where you'll play a vital role in handling temperature-controlled goods and ensuring product quality and safety from storage to dispatch. How you create impact Preparation & replenishment of QuickSTAT's dry ice consignments in conjunction with client requirements. Completion of daily facility sweep of Quick LHR facility to ensure all consignments are stored correctly & dispatch scheduled accordingly. Operation of material handling equipment (MHE) for the purpose of loading & unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles. Work in collaboration with Global Inventory Group to determine available stock for transfer to Quick & Logistics Service Partner facilities. Arrangement of stock transfers via 3 rd party linehaul solution. Shared ownership for the management of departmental mailbox. Work in conjunction with related departments and line manager to resolve identified discrepancies / queries. Undertaking of cleaning duties to ensure highest level of facility hygiene standards maintained. Always maintain a professional manner towards colleagues / visitors & 3rd parties. To undertake any other reasonable duties / responsibilities at the request of the Department Manager or other Senior Management including assisting other departments during staff shortages.
