The Job Role
* The Rooms Division Manager will be responsible for leading the teams across Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance
* Leading from the front to deliver exceptional service standards to a variety of clientele.
* Rooms Division Manager within a 4* brand hotel.
* Reporting directly into the hotel General Manager
* You will be on the floor, interacting with guests and ensuring the hotel operations run smoothly
* Very hands-on role
The Requirements
* Successful Rooms Division Management in a smaller hotel or experienced Front Office Manager in a larger hotel
* Rooms Division Manager will have the ability to lead from the front
* Candidate from brand hotel sector where its standards focussed
* Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career
* Brand service standards driven with a desire to be the best
* Attention to detail
