The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment. Full training will be provided, with ongoing support to help you succeed and develop in the role.
Working Hours & Salary
1. Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
2. Hourly rate + bonus scheme
3. 28 days holiday
4. On Call on a rota basis
Key Responsibilities
5. Assisting with the recruitment process from start to finish
6. Sourcing and screening candidates
7. Conducting interviews and registrations
8. Building relationships with clients and candidates
9. Growing current clients and bringing on new business
10. Filling job vacancies across driving and non-driving roles
11. Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
12. Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
