The role As a Domiciliary Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of carers, schedules, and client support across multiple care packages. You will work closely with carers, clients, management, and external stakeholders to ensure care is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with all compliance requirements.
