We are seeking applications from highly capable and values-driven health Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG).

What is our Senior Physiotherapist (Pulmonary Rehabilitation) role?

This position aligns with the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) strategic direction in planning, implementing and leading the physiotherapy services at a high level of specialised practice for the WA state-wide outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation service.

Area Profile

Osborne Park Hospital (OPH) provides specialist health care services for the community in the north metropolitan area and is located in Stirling, 14 kilometres from the Perth central business district. The hospital provides a comprehensive range of specialist health care services for the north metropolitan suburbs. The services at OPH are provided by three main specialties consisting of Rehabilitation and Aged Care Services and Younger Adult Rehabilitation, Surgical Services and Women’s & Newborn Services. Each of these specialties has a dedicated Allied Health Services Team.

4. a statement addressing essental selection criteria 2, 3, 4 & 6 in no more than 2-3 pages (as outlined in the attached JDF).
5. A Detailed Resume which sets out your qualifications, capabilities and experience relevant to this position.
6. References - The names and contact details of two (2) referees. It is preferable for one of your referees to have been a recent supervisor.

Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
