Position
Health & Social Care Teacher – full‑time, starting September 2026 in the Medway area.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons for KS3‑KS4 Health & Social Care.
* Inspire students to reach their full potential in the subject.
* Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with the national curriculum.
* Monitor and support student progress using effective feedback and intervention.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and departmental initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high teaching and learning standards.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching Health & Social Care in a secondary school setting.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student success.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
* Willingness to obtain Enhanced DBS disclosure and any required overseas police clearances.
* UK right to work.

* Annual salary: £32 916 – £51 047, dependent on experience, qualifications and additional responsibilities.
