We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Delivery Team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the candidate side of recruitment and wants to work in a collaborative, high-energy environment where you’ll be supported to grow and succeed.
Whether you’re early in your recruitment career or looking to take the next step, we’ll give you the tools, training, and support to build your sector knowledge and become a recognised specialist in your market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to offer stage
Supporting the Business Development team by delivering exceptional candidates to live vacancies
Building strong candidate networks through phone-based engagement, referrals, and strategic sourcing
Managing candidate interviews, offers, and counteroffers with professionalism and pace
Gathering market intelligence to support client development
Working towards individual KPIs and team delivery targets
Representing Orion Electrotech in a professional and ethical manner
What You’ll Bring
