An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a career driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a top performing independent agent based in Newbury. My clients are one of the areas most respected agents and are looking for a strong Senior Lettings Negotiator who wants to be a part of an award winning team.

* £35,000 - £45,000 OTE

Responsibilities
* Booking in and attending lettings viewings & valuations
* Generating business both face to face and over the phone
* Organising pre tenancy paperwork
* Negotiating lets
* Striving to meet and exceed KPIs and targets
* Support Lettings Manager with the day to day running of the lettings department
What we\'re looking for / Qualifications
* Previous lettings experience is essential
* Valuation experience and an understanding of the local market is paramount
* Up-to-speed with the latest lettings legislation
* Ideally you will be career driven and be looking to take on more responsibility as time goes on
* You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
* You will have solid IT skills and be tech savvy
* Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
* Have full UK driving licence and access to own car
