The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of tenancy enforcement, estate inspections and leasehold management. They should have proven experience in maintaining communal standards and resolving resident issues, and should be confident managing rent accounts, coordinating repairs, and liaising with contractors and enforcement teams to uphold compliance and service quality. A proactive approach to resident engagement, data accuracy, and health & safety responsibilities is essential, alongside the ability to work independently across mixed‑tenure estates.
