We are partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical company to recruit a Global Real-World Evidence & Health Outcomes (RWE & HO) Research Analyst to support a high-priority asset. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping evidence generation strategies that directly impact patient outcomes.
Role Overview
You will apply your expertise in real-world evidence and non-interventional study design to deliver high-quality insights that inform global asset strategy, working closely with medical, cross-functional, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with medical, cross-functional teams, and external data owners to deliver robust evidence generation
* Contribute to the planning, design, execution, and dissemination of study deliverables within the Data Generation Plan (DGP)
* Translate real-world data into actionable insights to support asset strategy
* Ensure studies meet regulatory, scientific, and compliance standards
* Support innovative approaches to leveraging real-world data sources and advanced analytics
Key Requirements
* MSc (or equivalent) in Health Outcomes, PRO, HEOR, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, Health or Life Sciences
* Strong understanding of RWE methodologies and health outcomes research
* Experience with observational study design and data interpretation
* Familiarity with global regulatory requirements for RWE
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in matrix environments
