What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading day-to-day workshop operations and repairs
* Servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance of HGVs & trailers
* Mentoring and training our apprentice to a high professional standard
* Ensuring vehicles meet compliance and safety requirements
* Keeping accurate service records and supporting efficient workflow

Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HGV mechanic/technician
* Leadership qualities with pride in high standards of work
* Strong diagnostic, repair, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to mentor and motivate apprentices
* HGV licence beneficial (not essential)
