Our client, is looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to become part of their close-knit e-commerce team. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction whilst also supporting the operational side of a fast-paced online retail business. You will play a key part in ensuring customers receive an excellent experience while supporting day-to-day operations across the business.
