Main responsibilities will include: Design and develop original menswear jersey concepts, prints, embroideries, fabrications, and seasonal themes. Source fabrics aligned with design direction and client needs. Manage your own accounts and work closely with buyers. Produce detailed tech packs/specs for factories and oversee the critical path. Collaborate with international factories and overseas offices. Travel abroad for trend research and sourcing trips. Present trend packs, colour inspiration, and mood boards to clients. Support the wider design team and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders Person Specification: Proven experience in men's jersey design within a supplier environment. Boyswear experience is highly advantageous. Proficient in Illustrator and/or Photoshop. Commercially aware with strong trend forecasting skills and a good eye for colour, print, and fabric. Strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively under pressure. Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Willingness to travel overseas for sourcing and inspiration trips. Positive, adaptable, and solution-focused attitude.
